Following the release of our 1st Issue, which you can read here, we've decided to make our submission guidelines more clear. When submitting your work for consideration, you MUST adhere to these guidelines.
Guidelines that apply to ALL FORMS OF SUBMISSIONS
-Make sure your name is NOT on the document you upload (don’t worry, we won’t get your work confused with someone else’s).
-All of your work should have a TITLE. The name of the document you upload should be the TITLE of your work.
For example, if you submit a single poem called “Roar,” your document name should be “Roar”
-If you have a multiple-page document (fiction, nonfiction), DO put page #’s in your document.
Fiction & Nonfiction (Between 300-5,000 words)
-ALWAYS DOUBLE-SPACE YOUR SUBMISSION
Multiple Poem Submissions
-Multiple means 3. ONLY 3.
Adhering to these submission guidelines does a few things:
1.) It makes reviewing submissions a fair, unbiased process.
2.) It makes providing feedback easier to coordinate across our team.
3.) It makes compiling the final publication more efficient, giving us more time to interact with this amazing community, reading even MORE submissions, and providing high-quality feedback to those seeking it.
